How do I conclude a binding reservation of an apartment?

You have the ability to secure an exclusive reservation for a period of 5 days. During this period you may conclude a binding reservation. Further details of the reservation procedure are outlined in the "Payment Schedule". If a binding reservation does not occur by the end of the 5 day period, the reservation on the apartment lapses.

I am a foreigner. Can I acquire real estate in the Czech Republic as a private person, or am I obliged to set up a company for this purpose?

All EU-citizens, or citizens of the countries having equal priviliges to EU citizens, only require a temporary residence permit in the Czech republic to acquire property in the Czech Republic.
